For binary outcomes, the package assesses and\nvisualizes fragility of individual studies (Walsh et al., 2014\n; Lin, 2021\n), conventional pairwise meta-analyses\n(Atal et al., 2019 ), and\nnetwork meta-analyses of multiple treatments with binary\noutcomes (Xing et al., 2020\n). The functions for binary\noutcomes are designed to: 1) calculate the fragility index\n(i.e., the minimal event status modifications that can alter\nthe significance or non-significance of the original result)\nand fragility quotient (i.e., fragility index divided by sample\nsize) at a specific significance level; 2) give the cases of\nevent status modifications for altering the result's\nsignificance or non-significance and visualize these cases; 3)\nvisualize the trend of statistical significance as event status\nis modified; 4) efficiently derive fragility indexes and\nfragility quotients at multiple significance levels, and\nvisualize the relationship between these fragility measures\nagainst the significance levels; and 5) calculate fragility\nindexes and fragility quotients of multiple datasets (e.g., a\ncollection of clinical trials or meta-analyses) and produce\nplots of their overall distributions. For survival outcomes,\nthe package implements the event status modification method\nbased on the log-rank test described by Xing et al. (2026\n). It calculates the fragility index\nand fragility quotient for two-group studies with\nright-censored data, modifying event status in one or both\ngroups while preserving follow-up times and group assignments.\nResults include the sequence of modifications, corresponding\np-values, and an S3 print method. The outputs from these\nfunctions may inform the robustness of clinical results in\nterms of statistical significance and aid the interpretation of\nfragility measures.
